We know student leaders want to host meaningful events but often struggle with coming up with the right topics, finding expert speakers, and handling event logistics. That’s where Pick 3 comes in. With Pick 3, you select up to three topics, and we take care of the rest, securing top-tier speakers, providing the platform, and giving you everything needed to host a powerful, career-boosting event for your peers.

The Career Reel is a career development platform dedicated to equipping students and early-career professionals with the tools, insights, and resources they need to succeed.
Any student leader, university organization, or faculty member in Ghana looking to bring career and personal development events to their students.
Yes! However, priority is given to student leaders in Ghana due to speaker availability and scheduling constraints.
All Pick 3 events will be hosted on Google Meet Premium to ensure the best experience and accommodate as many attendees as possible.
No, all Pick 3 events are virtual to ensure accessibility for student leaders and participants across Ghana and beyond.
Students can attend the event in-person, however, the speaker will be virtual.
No. As the organizer, it is your responsibility to rally students, get them excited, and ensure they know about the event. We provide the speakers and support, but it’s your event—make it count!
Yes, but they must obtain approval from their school and handle any necessary requirements. Dream Hive Scholarship and The Career Reel will not provide a letter from the Ghana Education Service for event approvals.
Yes! If you don’t have access to a graphic designer, we’ll provide FREE promotional materials to help you spread the word.
Yes! To help you gather interested students and track attendance, we will create a custom registration form for your event. We will also send email reminders to your registered attendees to boost participation and ensure no one forgets about the event.
It’s completely FREE! There’s no cost to request or host an event. All you need to do is ensure students show up!
Currently, we only provide speakers for the topics within our curated list as they align with our mission and speaker availability.
Yes! If multiple student organizations want to collaborate, they can submit one request together and work as a team to ensure a great turnout.
