ABOUT US

The Dream Hive Scholarship (formerly Dare to Dream Scholarship) program was established in 2021 to provide brilliant but underprivileged students with financial support so they can excel academically without financial stress. Aside from this, the program provides students with mentorship and academic resources to aid in preparing them for the global job market. Currently, the Dream Hive Scholarship program only supports Ghanaian students attaining their bachelor’s degree in select programs in public Ghanaian tertiary institutions (see * and ** for more details).

OUR AIM

Dream Hive Scholarship aims not only to provide financial support to brilliant underprivileged students, but to also equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the global job market, regardless of their chosen field. Through access to technical learning resources, personalized mentorship, and hands-on workshops that cover a range of topics such as resume building, business knowledge, and technical topics, the program seeks to empower students to reach their full potential and achieve their career goals in addition to introducing them to what the technical world has to offer.

** Other information: Students pursuing degrees in disciplines that are different from the courses listed above may still apply. Please be advised that priority will be given to students who are pursuing one of the program’s listed above (*).

Introducing Sarah, our multifaceted Program Director. She’s the backbone of our programs, managing everything from student meetings to ensuring the smooth flow of all program aspects. Beyond the organizational prowess, Sarah finds joy in writing, embracing the melodies of music, and sharing a good laugh with her favorite comedy movies.

Meet Bright, our Technical Administrative Assistant. With a knack for analyzing and solving technical challenges through design thinking and data, he ensures our tech landscape runs smoothly. Beyond the keyboard, you’ll catch him exploring the worlds of product management and design. In his downtime, Bright unwinds with music and by indulging in the captivating world of Anime.

Meet Victor, our insightful Data Analyst who specializes in translating complex data into actionable insights, facilitating smooth decision-making. With a keen eye for patterns and a knack for simplifying information, Victor plays a crucial role in ensuring our team is equipped with the necessary data for informed choices. Beyond deciphering data, Victor finds joy in the adrenaline of action movies and the soothing rhythms of music.

Meet Francis, our diligent Financial Secretary. Beyond managing the financial aspects of our organization, Francis brings harmony to our team with his love for music and enjoyment of movies. His meticulous financial stewardship ensures our resources are well-handled, contributing to the overall success of our initiatives.
