Join our exciting Project Management Internship this summer! This role is perfect for students entering their 2nd-4th year in 2026 and pursuing business degrees (or related degrees) at a Ghanaian tertiary institution.
Preference will be given to students pursuing business degrees. All students interested in pursuing project management and eager to gain project management, event planning, digital marketing, and leadership skills are welcome to apply.

At this time, we are unable to accept internship applications from final year students. This internship opportunity is specifically designed for students entering their 2nd to 4th year in the 2026 school year.
- Manage Projects and Events:
Oversee Dream Hive scholarship projects, programs, and events from initiation to completion.
Track progress using project management tools like Jira. - Create Promotional:
Materials Develop designs and content for social media campaigns and event promotions.
Ensure materials align with Dream Hive’s branding and messaging. - Promote Events:
Actively promote Dream Hive events within student networks.
Serve as a Dream Hive ambassador to increase event participation. - Respond to Inquiries:
Handle incoming emails and queries from students and external stakeholders.
Provide timely and professional responses. - Collaborate with Team Members:
Work closely with other interns and team members to achieve organizational goals.
Contribute fresh ideas and take ownership of assigned initiatives. - Email Marketing:
Execute email marketing campaigns to engage students and promote events. - Attend Meetings and Events:
Participate in daily scrum meetings and weekly group meetings.
Attend all Dream Hive events and contribute to their success. - Professional Development:
Complete a project management course as part of your development plan.
Receive mentorship through weekly one-on-one sessions and group meetings.
These responsibilities are designed to provide hands-on experience in project management, event coordination, and digital marketing while contributing to Dream Hive’s mission.

- Our internship is fully remote! Yes, FULLY remote! While our program is entirely virtual, we expect interns to approach it with the same professionalism as an in-office job. Dedication and diligence are key expectations!
This internship requires a 5-Day (Monday to Friday) 8 hours per day, 40 hours a week commitment.
At this time, we plan to select 2 intern. However, the final number may vary based on program needs and the quality of applications received.
An ideal candidate for the Dream Hive Project Management Internship is someone who is proactive, resourceful, and eager to take initiative without needing constant direction. This internship is fast-paced and requires individuals who can manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
1. We are looking for students who:
- Have a strong interest in pursuing careers in project management
- Candidates should be committed to learning and growing in this field.
- While project management skills will be taught during the internship, a genuine passion for the role is essential.
2. Are highly skilled in design and have an eye for good design:
- Experience using Canva or their preferred design tools is nonnegotiable.
- Candidates must know how to create high-quality, audience-tailored designs.
- If you don’t already have an eye for design or the ability to create effective visuals, this internship may not be the right fit.
- The internship is fast-paced, and there is no time to teach design fundamentals.
3. Thrive in dynamic environments:
- The internship requires adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
