Join our exciting Technical Administrative Internship this summer! This role is perfect for students entering their 2nd-4th year in 2025 and pursuing technical degrees (or related degrees) at a Ghanaian tertiary institution.

NOTE: The internship will consist of two cycles:

  • Cycle One from September 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024
  • Cycle Two from November 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

Students can apply for a single cycle only, not both.

  • Students who will be entering their 2nd-4th year in 2025
  • Students pursuing a Technical degree (or have technical skills)
  • Students attending tertiary Ghanaian institutions
     

    While preference is given to the outlined students above, applicants from all fields of study are encouraged to apply.

     
  • At this time, we are unable to accept internship applications from final year students. This internship opportunity is specifically designed for students entering their 2nd to 4th year in the 2025 school year.
  1. Web Design & Development: Create and update website features and pages, ensuring functionality and visual appeal.
  2. UI/UX Design: Develop user-friendly prototypes for new features and pages, focusing on enhancing user experience.
  3. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze website data to inform web design improvements and new feature development.
  4. Project Management: Coordinate and manage events, projects, and various organizational activities.
  5. Newsletter Creation: Write, design, and send engaging newsletters to keep our audience informed and connected.
  6. Social Media Content: Design and create compelling content for our social media pages.
  7. Social Media Marketing: Run marketing campaigns to promote our programs and engage with our audience.
  8. Content Creation: Develop content that aligns with our brand and engages our target audience across various platforms.
  9. Analytics: Use analytical tools to track website performance and social media engagement, adjusting strategies as needed.
  10. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure cohesive project execution and consistent communication.
  • Students in this internship will gain skills in UI/UX design, web development, data analytics, project management, and administrative tasks. They will also develop proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • YES! At Dream Hive Scholarship, we believe in fair compensation for interns, So of course we offer compensation to our interns!
  • Our internship is fully remote! Yes, FULLY remote! While our program is entirely virtual, we expect interns to approach it with the same professionalism as an in-office job. Dedication and diligence are key expectations!
  • At this time, we plan to select 4 interns. However, the final number may vary based on program needs and the quality of applications received.

     
  • The ideal Technical Administrative Intern is a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with a strong interest in UI/UX design, web development, data analytics, and project management. They possess basic graphic design skills and creativity, along with excellent communication and a commitment to professionalism and diligence in their work.
